Your puppy or kitten doesn’t have to worry about if it is getting the best veterinary care when you become a member of a wellness plan. Review some common questions below and let the staff know if you have any questions.
What is a wellness plan?
A wellness plan is a way to make small monthly payments through out the year ensuring your pet gets the best possible care. Know exactly what your getting and the price you will pay.
What do I get when I become a wellness member?
Depending on the plan you select you are eligible for different services and items. Most plans include things like exams, rabies, distemper, lyme etc. Some plans include unlimited scheduled office exams. This means, if you have a concern or an issue regarding your pet, you will not pay an exam fee!
Is the plan customizable?
Of course! You can customize some plans by adding additional things like flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Best of all, some of these options include special discounts. You can also add some surgical services. No need to worry about the cost of a spay, neuter or dental procedure!
Do I have to pay more than I normally would?
No, you actually you pay less! Some plans offer discounts like 20% off Lupine leashes/collars, 20% off Hill’s food, and 10% off of boarding.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel any time you want with at least 30 days notice.
What else should I know?
Depending on the plan you are signing up for you will have a one time registration fee. Currently for the months of June and July we are offering a discounted membership fee of up to $30 off! As part of your new membership you will recieve a free bag of Hill’s food, free Lupine keychain and free microchip (excluding registration).
